Patient Navigation: Going beyond information sharing
Patient navigation systems guide patients through the healthcare system and help them overcome barriers that prevent them from getting the care they need.
At the Health Answers patient navigation program, we have created a trained task force to facilitate the patient’s logistics journey right from entry to the hospital to follow-up and recovery; also addressing emotional, economic, and other needs holistically along the way.
Our Services:
We help citizens navigate the health system by providing accurate information on health care facilities, health financing, health insurance products, pan India transportation facilities for hospital-based care, teleconsultation, generic drug suppliers and dealers, elder care, cancer care, and palliative care, etc. We coordinate and follow up with healthcare providers and end-users till the service is delivered. The patient navigation provided by InOrder is centered around improving patient experience and outcomes in the community/region.

What users have to say:
In May, we needed a home oxygen concentrator post-hospital discharge for my 61-year-old mother who had tested positive for COVID-19. I called up Health Answers and I was pleasantly surprised to see them helping us not just with suppliers but also helping us get it at the best price. We had already spent large sums of money on my mother’s long stay in the hospital and we are glad that we did not have to shell out a lot on the oxygen concentrator. The call agent was warm and approachable throughout, which was comforting for us during those difficult times. They were always available on WhatsApp and even followed up with us to check if our needs were met.
I do not have enough words to express my gratitude to the Health Answers team. They helped us a lot. When we were losing our hope, they supported us. Even though I eventually lost my 68-year-old mother to COVID after 16 days in the hospital, those times would have been a lot more difficult had we not been constantly handheld by the agent at Health Answers. Right from finding a good food delivery service for COVID-affected families, to finding an oxygen bed in a hospital and connecting us to plasma donors, the team at Health Answers supported us throughout. The agent kept following up to check on us. We wish your entire team all the very best.
During the peak of the second wave, I was using my free time to help COVID-affected persons and families with finding resources for their medical requirements. My neighbour Ms. K Subba Lakshmi, a middle-aged lady tested positive for COVID-19 and required immediate hospitalization. I came to know about Health Answers from a friend and called them up. The call agent spoke in a very friendly and reassuring manner. Within half an hour I got a call back with details of a vacant oxygen bed in Vizag. They followed up with me till I got the patient admitted to the hospital. Thanks to their timely response, Ms. Subba Lakshmi was admitted on time and recovered within a few days.
