When we should get hospitalized after testing positive for COVID-19?

Those developing low oxygen levels (less than 93% or a drop of 3% from baseline at rest or after 6 minute walk) need hospitalisation, especially those at higher risk like elderly or people with multiple comorbidities like diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease etc. High risk people having other markers like extent of lung involvement score on HRCT, markedly elevated markers of inflammation (CRP and IL6) and clotting tendency (D-Dimer) may consider hospitalization even in the absence of low oxygen levels.
