Job Summary:
We are looking for a Program Associate with a Master’s degree in public health with minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of public health research/implementation to be a part of a participatory action research (PAR) project. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research and management skills with a proven track record in working in public health projects. The candidate will be responsible for undertaking data collection, support for data analysis and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in managingthe activities of the project to ensure project objectives are met within the timeframe and budget.
- Support in designing data collection tools, undertake data collection on field and transcription. Support the team in undertaking data analysis.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including community members, partners and facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Represent the project at meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Assist in designing, developing training material for DEIC, NRC, with experts.
- Support the team in developing high quality reports and documents.
- Any other task assigned by project manager/project lead.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications: Master’s in public health, social work or a related field with minimum 3-4 years of experience in working onpublic health research or implementation projects.
Proficiency in Telugu speaking, reading and writing is mandatory.

- Proven experience in working on public health projects and conducting research studies.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent research and data analysis skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews and focus group discussions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Commitment to ethical research practices.
- Willingness to travel extensively
Nature of Employment:
- The selected candidate shall be offered a twelve-month contract, with the possibility of extension, based on continued availability of funding and performance.

Compensation: 5-7 LPA
