In collaboration with HDFC Capital, InOrder successfully implemented the Labourers Empowerment Aid Programme (LEAP), aimed at addressing healthcare access for construction workers. The program focused on raising awareness about health insurance and making it accessible to construction workers, a sector often lacking adequate health coverage.

Program Objectives:

• Raised awareness among construction workers about the available health insurance plans and their benefits.
• Enabled access to private health insurance plans, ensuring that workers had the opportunity to secure comprehensive coverage.

Project Outcomes:

• Significantly increased awareness about health insurance among construction workers.
• Led to a notable rise in the uptake of health insurance plans within the construction workforce, improving their healthcare coverage and financial security.
