The roundtable will be a convergence of researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and experts from the cardiovascular disease space from India, aiming to explore and discuss critical challenges and solutions. The event will feature insightful presentations, and round table discussions focussed on current state assessment of CVD control in India followed by a detailed discussion on potential solutions towards CVD control.
India is experiencing a notable increase in non-communicable diseases, especially cardiovascular disease (CVD), due to its epidemiological shift. To address these challenges in depth, InOrder is leading the India chapter with the goal of strengthening the country chapter. The ‘India CVD Country Chapter’ will align with the broader objectives of the Alliance, working towards improvements in cardiovascular health at the national level. This round table will contribute to advancing a global dialogue that seeks to strengthen the health systems in dealing with cardiovascular diseases.
