Dr. Rakesh Mishra, currently the Director of the Tata Institute for Genetics and Society (TIGS), is a renowned scientist with decades of experience in genomics and molecular biology. His leadership at the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) included pivotal contributions to India’s genomic surveillance during the COVID-19 pandemic and the establishment of the Atal Incubation Centre to foster life science innovation.
Dr. Mishra’s expertise in genomic research, disease surveillance, and cutting-edge biotechnology will strengthen InOrder AQH’s work in advancing healthcare systems. Ms. Reema Nanavaty, a leader in women’s economic empowerment, has spent over 36 years with the Self Employed Women’s Association (SEWA), growing its membership to over 2.5 million women workers. She has led rehabilitation programs for disaster-affected communities, introduced sustainable livelihoods, and spearheaded women-led enterprises across South Asia.
Ms. Nanavaty’s extensive experience in grassroots development and community engagement will enrich InOrder AQH’s efforts to strengthen healthcare systems through inclusive, people-centered approaches. Her global advocacy for gender equity and economic empowerment complements the organization’s commitment to building equitable and accessible health solutions.
