InOrder’s will play a lead role in advancing the mission of the Asia Pacific Cardiovascular Disease Alliance (APAC CVD Alliance) in the country, through the establishment of its ‘India country chapter.’ This initiative underscores our commitment to addressing the rising burden of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) in India and contributing to broader regional efforts.
The APAC CVD Alliance is a collaborative platform comprising diverse stakeholders such as patient organizations, healthcare professionals, academia, global health think tanks, corporate partners, and policymakers. Together, its goal is to drive policy change by enhancing public and policy awareness of CVD across nine focus countries and regional forums. ACCESS Health International is the current global secretariat of the Alliance.
With India facing a significant challenge in combating non-communicable diseases, particularly CVD, the establishment of the India chapter is a strategic move to unify stakeholders and catalyze impactful policy changes within the country. InOrder is honored to serve as the country convenor for this crucial chapter, leveraging our expertise and network to drive meaningful progress.
As the country convenor, InOrder will play a central role in convening essential meetings, roundtables, and gatherings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among stakeholders. The aim is to create a synergistic environment where research insights can be translated into actionable policies and interventions, ultimately leading to a reduction in the burden of CVD in India.
Furthermore, InOrder will actively advance research and implementation activities aligned with the Alliance’s objectives, aiming to enhance research findings and promote cohesive actions that address CVD effectively. Through its efforts, the Alliance envisions a future where policy awareness and community engagement lead to tangible improvements in cardiovascular health outcomes across India.
InOrder invites all stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, policymakers, patient advocates, and industry partners, to join this transformative journey. Together, meaningful impact can be created on CVD prevention, management, and care in India and beyond.
