Dr. Chilshu Chandran is a Project Officer for Public Health and Capacity Building at ACCESS Health International and plays a key role in the VCF-Tata Trusts project. With a background in Ayurvedic medicine and a master’s degree in public health, she brings over four years of experience to her role. Prior to joining ACCESS Health, Dr. Chandran worked as a Program Manager at the Vision Foundation of India, managing eye care initiatives across eleven states. She also served as a Quality Consultant and Content Developer for a Health and Management Institute. Dr. Chandran is skilled in research, data analysis, program management, system strengthening, and evaluation. At ACCESS Health, she has contributed to various research studies and capacity-building activities and is a core member of the APAC-CVD Alliance.
