Comprehensive Quality Assessments
InOrder is conducting in-depth quality assessments using the internationally validated SafeCare application. This tool helps evaluate hospital performance, patient safety standards, and operational efficiency, laying the foundation for targeted improvements.
Through extensive collaboration with hospital leadership and frontline staff, we are mapping infrastructural and process gaps. Key areas of focus include biomedical equipment, operation theaters, and intensive care units, ensuring resources are allocated to the most pressing needs.
A critical component of the program involves supporting the implementation of hospital information systems and electronic health records. This digital transformation aims to improve data accuracy, streamline workflows, and enable better patient management.
To sustain improvements, InOrder is training healthcare professionals at Osmania General Hospital in process optimization and emergency care protocols.
