Health systems, over the years, have evolved into highly complex systems. While the need for professionals trained in medical sciences are fundamental, there is also an increasing need for professionals trained in management and information sciences to manage these complex systems. While councils exist for medical, nursing, dental, and pharmacy courses to lay down standards of education, no such councils exist for education in healthcare, public health, health insurance, and health information management. Moreover, people who govern health systems at State and National levels do not have the needed competencies to lead these areas of work.
InOrder, in partnership with its associates and various national and international academic institutes, is designing courses to build capacities of people managing complex health systems. These include courses in Health Systems Management, Healthcare Management, Public Health Management, Health Insurance Management, and Health Information Management for students and working health professionals.
