InOrder, in collaboration with the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK), is implementing a program to strengthen the clinical and managerial skills of healthcare professionals in public health facilities across Telangana. The initiative focuses on enhancing quality of care and patient safety by equipping staff with the necessary tools and knowledge to improve service delivery.

Through this program, InOrder is developing tailored training modules, facilitating hands-on demonstrations, and supporting quality teams in their journey towards achieving National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) accreditation.

Key Areas of Focus:

• Course Development
  Creation of specialized training modules aimed at over 2,000 healthcare professionals to address gaps in clinical practice, hospital management, and safety protocols.
• Skill Assessments
  Pre- and post-training evaluations to measure the progress and preparedness of participants, ensuring practical application and knowledge retention.
• Hands-On Learning
  Practical demonstrations and simulations to enable participants to implement standard protocols and best practices confidently within their facilities.
• Accreditation Support
  Direct technical assistance to quality teams to build capacity for NQAS accreditation, driving sustained improvements in healthcare service delivery.

This initiative seeks to contribute to long-term improvements in patient care and safety across public health facilities in Telangana.
