Ayesha Palagiri is a Project Associate whose specialization areas include public health research and health system strengthening at Affordable Quality Health . She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and a Master’s degree in Public Health. Before joining AFFORDABLE QUALITY HEALTH, Ayesha worked as part of the team at Fernandez Foundation on the Caesarean Safe (C-Safe) project, which employed safe and appropriate caesarean sections to enhance maternal and perinatal outcomes. She worked as a Research Associate for the Breaking the Barriers (BTB) project and had qualitative studies and in-depth interviews with the allowed criteria to be assessed on healthcare access barriers in Telangana. Ayesha is skilled in qualitative and quantitative research, community-based fieldwork, and health system evaluation. At Affordable Quality Health, she contributed to field research, health barrier mapping, and co-designing people-centred healthcare solutions.
