We have adopted a people-centered health systems schema for organizing our works.

We are building teams to focus on each of the five subsystems, namely Governance, Provider System, Payer System, Public Health System, and Health Information. Thematic areas include health policy, health systems performance assessment, health regulation, health finance, risk pooling, strategic purchasing, universal health coverage, models of care, quality of care, human resources for health, and digital health among others.

We undertake five crosscutting workstreams. These are Health Systems Policy Research, Health Professionals Education and Training, Technical Advisory, Policy Advocacy, and Public Awareness.
